Acra Fillion, born on Abadius 3, 4593, to the elven couple Ilbryn and Renna Fillion who still lives in the South Shore district of Korvosa where Ilbryn serves as one of several advisors to Perishial Kalissreavil, who serves as the Mierani Forest ambassador to Korvosa.
Acra’s mother, Renna, is a sorceress while his father Ilbryn is a highly-respected fighter. Acra, always one to be different chose to become a magus, training under the legendary elven magus, Amras Galladel.
Acra would seldom spend his time in the slums of Old Korvosa gambling with his friends in low places. Just as gambling became an addiction, Acra eventually became addicted to shiver, a drug distilled from the venom of dream spiders. A local crime lord named Gaedren Lamm was instrumental in getting Acra addicted. But when Acra nearly died from an accidental overdose of shiver, he blamed Gaedren for his brush with death and hated how Gaedren’s drugs were causing similar problems among other youths. Fortunately, Acra’s body recovered quickly from the toxins, and had even developed a strong fortitude against just about anything toxic.
Acra now seeks revenge against Gaedren and plans to put a stop to his drug operations.
